stall plus turnout and walker, grain & hay 2x day, shavings and stall cleaning, grooming incl feet picking, baths 3x+ week except in certain situations where horse is receiving medications, fresh water all times in stall and outdoors of course, physical inspection for scrapes-cuts-bruises-soreness, medicating or vaccinating or worming when needed. (medications, vaccines, electrolytes, linaments, wraps, fly sprays or special requested grooming i.e. clipping, or IV medication administration extra. All extra supplies needed are picked up from the vet for cost reimbursement with customer notified in advance.)

Note: All owners must provide their own halters and lead ropes. Studs must also have a chain. Horses must be up to date on deworming and vaccines. Obviously sick horses may not be admitted to the ranch. Riders must have proper fitting clothes, boots or closed shoe with heel and helmet. All visitors besides horse owners by appointment.
